Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location was very convenient - tucked away, but close to everything we wanted to do when we ventured out. Love that they have a game room in addition to the pool and hot tub - my grandkids spent a lot of time in there.

"I Love It Here :)"

This is my second stay here this month alone. I can't believe I haven't reviewed the HI Express Holland yet, considering how often I stay :) I have nothing but phenomenal things to say about this hotel. The staff is incredible. Everyone is always so welcoming, very, very kind, and helpful. I was the "Guest of the Day" my last stay, and it was unexpected and so fun. They really make you feel valued as a guest here. Although the hotel is older, it is extremely clean and well kept. It's evident they care and take pride in upkeep. I typically stay in the King Jacuzzi rooms. I LOVE these rooms!! The jacuzzi is huge. Love, love, love. I also love the bathrooms, and the touches like the lighting underneath the counter which is helpful for nighttime bathroom trips. Mattresses aren't overly firm, which I personally prefer. And the option of firm or soft pillows is nice. I haven't used the pool or indoor/outdoor hot tub, but it's a very cozy and fun vibe. Dining wise Sharkee's is right next door inside the Hampton Inn. And I also HIGHLY recommend ordering from Don Petrinos which is maybe a mile from the hotel. There's just something about this hotel that feels special to me. And with the incredible staff, it just feels like home :)
