The staff was great the first night was amazing and the last night was great . Breakfast on those two days were great . Those 2 nights the facility was clean and quite.

There were hockey teams there on the middle two nights thesly were rude and disrespectful. Went to staff who did nothing .the facility was unusable for an other guests. The lobby full amd dirty, the pool full and kids throwing snow inside amd outside in the hot tub. No adult in the hot tub with many children jumping in and out of the hot tub and pool the pool understandable but the hot tub not ok. Again went to staff that did nothing . Then went to go to sleep and heard nothing but yelling from the room across the hall could not get a hold of the front desk to take care of it so well into the 1:32 in the morning this continued

My wife and I stayed here for a weekend away in one of the King-sized jacuzzi rooms. We did not experience any real issues, and everyone we interacted with was kind and helpful. The included breakfast and coffee were good, and everything was clean and tidy. Our stay wasn't perfect though, so there were only a few things we would like to see improved for a future stay. The king-sized mattress was very firm, so our sleep quality wasn't great, but the sheets were at least very soft and clean. There was some confusion on room keys, we were told at check-in that there was a problem with the keys and that we would need to come to the desk every 24 hours to have them replaced. When we did this after our first night, the person at the desk seemed very confused we were asking to switch out our keys. The hallway and stairwell lighting was also very dark; it was creepy how dark it felt leaving or going up to our room. It also would've been nice to have an ice machine on our floor. Walking from the 4th floor to the 2nd floor was a pain just to get ice. Overall we were happy with our stay and we would book here again. The issues we had weren't big enough of a deal to stop us from booking again.
