Quarto pequeno e não tem conforto, camas super pequenas e nem espelho tem, travesseiro ruins, mto altos, banheiro ruim. Recepção não facilita nada

Location good. No breakfast provided.Wallswerein poor condition Needs to be painted badly! Furniture all old and wood showed thru paint.

They 4 sun lounge chairs upstairs on patio. All were rusted, broken and with torn fabric . With broken crossbars, you couldn’t sit in them unless you are petite.

La verdad fue mínimo las cosas que no me gustaron

We from Australia stayed there 4 nights loved the area around ,well we were greeted by a grumpy older woman not very helpfull took ages to fill in details found out we were on second floor no lift very bad start, asked for help as we both females had 2 heavy cases we had been on a 14 day cruise, told no one to carry luggage to 2 lots concrete stairs, so no help there was a struggle, room was big but basic, door was warped very hard to close, bathroom was a health hazard very slippery bath in shower terrible water in drain kept coming back up with hairs disgusting, no shelf for toiletries, sink was loose room was very bright at night no blockout blinds Then told by front desk grumpy woman couple times we had to pay resort fee for chairs and umberella we did not want to use, spoke to other desk people found out it was already paid when we booked grumpy woman never apologised, on arrival they took out $218.00, 2 weeks later still waiting to get the money back. Travel agent looking into it terrible service not good enough, be warned. Kim and Amy

Desde la habitación nunca pudimos conectarnos al wifi gratis ofrecido por el Hotel, la ubicación es excelente. La habitación es comoda.

No poder dejar las valijas en custodia hasta la hora próxima a mi vuelo, la tuve que retirar antes quedandome mas de 6 horas con ellas

Diría que la habitación es cómoda, buenas camas, buena ducha, buenas toallas…

El baño siempre estaba lleno de pelos (ducha), debido a que el sistema de ventilación por su estructura trae pelo de otros lugares u otras habitaciones, creemos que habían pulgas dentro de la habitación ya que fuimos picados mi hija y yo…además no hay personal de noche (10 PM a 07 AM), tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado y por la noche y pon pudimos resolverlo.
