No había mucha opcion

Q tenía una reserva paga para el viernes, venía viajando hacia varias horas y al llegar al hotel no nos iban a permitir ingresar porq llegamos en la madrugada, además el recepcionista muy grosero, si ya teníamos una reserva lo mínimo es saber q faltan clientes por ingresar.

"a nightmare no sleep listening to a couple about to kill each other"

The price and the staff . The night was horrible !!! There was domestic violence abuse in room next door . Screaming threatening . called desk they Knocked on door the people didn’t answer . cops came and talked to them still kept screaming ! Then they called again cops banging on the door they would not answer . finally answered finally kicked them out after we were up all night scared to death like dateline no sleep ! they didn’t offer to do anything ! nightmare never again . not safe to walk near by

The room was clean, bed comfortable.

The first room they checked me in had strong smoking smell, bud they changed it without problem. The real problem was the communication when I sent them 3 emails asking information about shuttle service and never got answers and then the shuttle never came so I had to get taxi.
