Staff was pleasent quick to check us in after a very long day room was clean and i was able to get the rest i needed ...will be staying again in a couple of weeks for a couple of days this time

"Hell night in Boston"

Email said check in between 2 and 3. Arrived appx 2:30, morning guy (must be owners son in law) said we had to wait till 3 for next staff. We sat in the "lobby", oven temp while he ordered door dash, 3 came along, no staff, so then he reluctantly checked us in. Had to find a clean room, drag our luggage up and down stairs. Got in our room, couldn't turn the TV on. Night girl was on by then (very nice) came up and played with it until it worked. No volume control, about 3 channels, but it worked. Went to get ice and some soda...ice machine worked (yay!), vending machine empty. Went back to the room, wife tried to shower, NO TOWELS. Again, the night lady was very nice...avoided a meltdown. Now for the kicker...the entire night, it sounded like a construction crew was working above us, dragging heavy equipment across the floor all night and stomping up and down the stairs. The TV and 1960's ac couldn't drown it out. Finally tried to sleep and the TV wouldn't turn off. Finally got it to a screen saver type screen and got a couple hours sleep. Called the desk in the am to confirm checkout info and shuttle to airport, no answer. Wife walked down, the son in law was asleep at the desk. Any questions, fee free to call ... Pete
