Close to airport and easy off the highway

We had a room close to the highway and it seemed like the window was open as there was so much noise from the highway. The window was closed but totally not soundproof. Kept us up a bit. Other than that was good.

My room key was given to me but wasn't ready so I had to switch my room. Then the room that I was changed to didn't have out towels. The bathroom door lock was also broken.

The most uncomfortable king size bed I ever slept in. You can hear noises from the room next door and no control over the volume on the tv. I could hear the next room over had the same issue - too loud!!

Staff was short and not pleasant. I was charged via Expedia and the again by the hotel. The hotel stated they didn’t receive the Expedia charge and I had no other option, so I trusted that to be true. I now have 2 different charges for a hotel experience that was one of the worst I’ve had. There’s no elevator, and the listing says there is an airport shuttle but that’s not actually true. The shuttle is only operating during certain hours so I had to grab an uber to the hotel at 0100 when my plane landed. I then had to go to the airport nearly 2 hours early the next day because they stopped shuttle service for a few hours during the day as well. Beyond frustrating and deceptive.

I found the staff really nice but the hotel overall looks like a road motel. Beds are not confortable, no breakfast or restaurant, curtain let pass all the light, airport shuttle only once an hour?. So, extremely expensive for what it has to offer.

The hotel was in the middle of a residential area. It was clean and quiet. La Hacienda was recommended as a close option for dinner. It was wonderful! And it was easy to walk to!
