Restaurant on site

Gave my reserved handicap accessible room to someone else. Room I ended up with was not practical-not enough bars to use the tub. Bathroom door got stuck on the floor before fully open. Toilet didn't flush well.

Location & staff

Adding a 3rd person to my reservation resulted in 4 very different prices from 4 sources: two hotel employees, a corporate employee & online. As a result, I cancelled my reservation & made a new one that was more $ but less than what one of the hotel employees quoted.

The hotel has a very well known area restaurant with easy access from inside the hotel. Great facility.

The bed in my room was the worst hotel bed I have ever slept on. The mattress was horrible and the mattress foundation had springs sticcking up out of it that I could feel poking me all night long. Worst nights sleep I've ever had in a hotel.
