I really love how friendly the staff was, and how all of our questions were answered with pleasure. The young men at the front desk were extraordinary! They were so polite with a great smile, and well spoken.

"Onder verwachting."

De kamer was proper en voldoende ruim, maar ik had eerlijk gezegd meer verwacht. Het zwembadje was ook in orde en proper.

Ik had van dit hotel meer verwacht. Het ontbijt sloeg enorm tegen. Geen brood, geen fruit, ... Enkel bagels met confituur en cornflakes. We waren blij dat we nog lunch overhadden zodat we iets voedzaam konden eten. Personeel was ook niet behulpzaam, ze spraken voornamelijk Spaans. Onze kinderen huppelden door de gang om 10u (zonder lawaai te maken, gewoon vrolijk) maar werden tegen gehouden door het personeel.
