The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The condo was very clean. The pool was very nice!.

Great location, and easy access to public transportation if you are planning to visit places located more than a mile. The restaurant budget should be US$50 each/person but this hotel has rooms with full kitchen where you can buy food at a good price to cook and save money. The city, public restrooms, public beach access, restaurants, etc. are very clean, in addition, is very safe to walk at night. I recommend this country and this hotel.

Really nice place

The hotel was centrally located. The staff were kind, friendly attentive & accommodating. The only drawback is the closest beach is a 10-15 minute walk but the resort provides a shuttle to other beaches almost daily & they are very accommodating with pick up times. I would definitely return.

The website advertised beach access with chairs and umbrellas. There was none..it was a concrete drop off to the ocean. I immediately called to be relocated to another hotel without success from expedia. The rooms were very outdated with dirty foam pads on the mattresses on the beds. We stayed 4 nights and our rooms were NEVER cleaned. It was a horrible experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!! I have photos and records of all the communications I had with expedia and directly with the hotel and plan on pursuing this. Please save your money and stay elsewhere that has beach access on 7 mile beach. This is a time share that has not been updated .

Although the name is Seven mile beach and resort, but the property is NOT or even close to beach. There are many properties on beach but prices are higher. U can walk to public beaches.

Great value, room was huge and comfortable

Called a resort but far from it. It’s more like a motel announced on seven mi beach but has no beach, No restaurant, not even vending machines. It’s in a very isolated area and unless you go across the street to a small grill, no food around. Staff closes the office at 4 so no way to get information after that time. This is not a vacation resort; it is go to work while you’re in GCayman
