"A hidden gem not to be overlooked..."

The views are just as published, the rooms are small but very clean and comfortable, the staff are all helpful and friendly and breakfast was great, particularly being able to eat outside amongst the greenery. A real hidden gem in a diamond city!

The staff at reception, the cleaners, the breakfast staff, and any other staff I met throughout my stay were accommodating, friendly and helpful including with any requests or questions I had! I loved the location, and my room was nice and clean. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Siena again :)
