Clean and very quiet. Bathroom and shower was nice and AC will crank out the air.

Television setup is a pain. Plenty of channels and clear, if you want to wade through them all night to determine "what else is on TV". Disjointed TV guide with a limited index broken into three locations along the guide and a remote that only allows a slow pace of channel by channel flipping,
