I loved the customer service. Everyone from reception to house keeping were so nice, welcoming , and provided a nice atmosphere environment. The room was nice and very comfortable, it was worth the spend. And the location was perfect. I’m not a fan of driving, especially in places I’m unfamiliar with, so it was nice to have things to do within a 10-15 minute drive.

Lots of construction lol but that’s not their fault. On a real note , I wish the market / vending area had more healthy snack options. It’s nice to have junk food once in a while but me personally I do like something healthy to munch on. I,appreciate they had fruits out though.

The AC was too loud

Regular… pudo ser mejor.

El desayuno fatal… cerraba muy temprano y además no era bueno. Esta fue una de las razones por las que escogí este hotel y me decepcionó. El cuarto en el área del baño olía a orines. Las almohadas incómodas.

No working ice machine on each floor.

The staff at the check-in counter were very cordial, the room was ready immediately, and everything was clean, quiet, and orderly. We had breakfast with friends at a nearby restaurant, so can't comment on the food. The location was very accessible to good shopping, eating, and highways.

The cushions on the couch were so soft and in need of replacement that they hurt my the bottom side of my legs when I sat on them. The lighting was dim and a bulb burned out at the desk. The curtains were cut so that there wasn't enough material to overlap them and keep the morning light out. The Exit sign at the end of the hall was burned out. The pillows were too flat.
