"Horrible bathtub."

Location

Bathtub was the worse I’ve ever tried to use. It was too shallow!!! The tub also had pointy bumps on the bottom. I also DO NOT like being charged $50 in advance for incidentals. And I believe for the price we paid and other comparable hotels, there should be a complimentary breakfast. I also think the way the internet connection was presented tries to trick you into paint the $4.95 for the higher speed. (My husband almost did.). To summarize, I felt the hotel was greedy.

I liked our room -- two queen beds. The closet was more than adequate, and the bathroom was very nice (plenty of counter space and towels).

Management. He never responded to my attempts to change checkin date until the day before checkin when he responded that he was out of office for the weekend. So, no much help at all and almost seemed deliberate
