"Puntos de las instalaciones a mejorar"

La recepción como lugar y el comedor excepcionales. Las habitaciones súper amplias y un personal de lo más atento y servicial de ahí mi 8/10 como nota

Los balcones de las habitaciones cerrados y las cortinas no son de lo más prácticas y cuando llegamos a la recepción aunque escribimos por el chat tardamos un rato en ser atendidos

Nada. Mal trato por el personal del Hotel, ya que hubo una confusion en las noches contratadas y en lugar de darme solucion, me pusieron en la puerta de la calle. Tengo 73 años y no creo que merezco un trato tan vejatorio.

Доброжелательный, отличный,профессиональный персонал отеля. Номер удобный, светлый, большой. Чисто и отеле и в номере. Хороший ресторан в отеле, хороший завтрак. Все отлично.
