Leider war das Personal an der Rezeption sehr inkompetent und unfreundlich. Wir wollten 2x unseren Aufenthalt bezahlen, es hieß dass es nicht nötig sei, da alles bereits über die hinterlegte Kreditkarte beglichen ist. Bei der Abreise wurden wir dann unfreundlich aufgefordert, die Aufenthalte zu bezahlen.

Vriendelijk personeel, goede bedden en goed ontbijt

Klimaatregeling beter of airco installeren. Faciliteit versobert een beetje, ondanks dat het personeel er alles aan doet om de klant / bezoeker tevreden te stellen

"Goed hotel om te overnacht op doorreis"

De ligging aan de A3, dichtbij Wiesbaden, goed ontbijt en personeel dat ook Nederlands spreekt

In geen enkele kamer is airco aanwezig.Zwembad gaat pas om 17.00 uur open.

Voor onze overnachting een heerlijk rustig hotel, Vriendelijk personeel,een uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Heerlijk vroeg!!! Ligging van het Hotel dicht bij de autosnelweg.
