The Partridge Inn Augusta, Curio Collection by Hilton

We sat at the bar for many minutes and when no one came to take our order, Jessica from sales got up and came behind the bar and took our drink order! It was great for someone to see a problem and step up to solve it. She was very pleasant and helpful. It made out night.

Our stay was amazing! The staff were professional and always available! I’d especially like to applaud Mr. Hank (our shuffle driver) for his hospitality. He made navigating two small children manageable and did so safely and kindly. Thank you.

I planned a business event for 40 people at the Partridge Inn. Wanda was absolutely incredible! The group loved the staff. They didn’t miss a detail!

The entire staff was excellent. I want to especially thank Hank and Brodrick for going the extra mile. Always a smile on their faces. Always so attentive and very kind.

It is one thing for a property to be clean, well kept, and nicely renovated. It is an entirely different ballgame for the staff to also be exceptional when it comes to hospitality that feels like home. I would definitely come back to this location, because I felt seen, heard, and taken care of by staff who ensured my stay was up to standard. A huge thank you to Mr. Broderick on behalf of the Heyward and Fountain family for helping us get situated in our rooms, navigate the hotel, provided suggestions for the Augusta area, and answered any of our questions to ensure we were informed and again, taken care of throughout the entirety of our stay. Another huge thank you to Mr. Norman, who also made us feel welcome in a new place. He also took the time to speak with us about the area, helped us with any services requested, and did it all with a smile. When you are away from home, you don’t expect to meet professionals in their workplace who still make you feel as though you are in the comfort of your home. Again, a huge thank you to these Gentlemen and staff.

I have traveled all around this country and stayed in many motels, and I must say my stay at the Partridge INN has got to be one of the best, the staff is amazing the bellmen greets you before you can exit your vehicle with a smile to assist with my luggage and to valet my vehicle, the front desk staff was always courteous with a smile, I recommend that anyone who needs a clean, comfortable stay with southern hospitality visit the ( Partridge INN) of Augusta Ga….. you won’t regret it
