"Privacy violation "

Front desk lady opened my door and enter my room at 7:20am without knocking or announcing herself.... Tried to make some reason to justify the behavior. Completely violated my privacy. Disappointment for sure.

"First time here, not bad"

Had never stayed here before. It is near a cluster of motels and right off the expressway. Room was clean, breakfast was good and TV worked fine. Friendly staff. You can hear trains all night long but that’s easy to get used to………not bad at all. Might never be in the area again but a good location to consider.

The staff was very friendly, room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, soft beds and good pillows, bathroom very roomy. Breakfast was good.

"Stay somewhere else. Several other good options close by"

There is not much to like about this property there is so many other good options nearby that’s much cleaner

The room was gross. Carpet stains. Water damage stains on the ceiling. Room smelled horrible. Pool was absolutely freezing and burned your eyes. The lady at the front desk was ridiculously rude and non helpful. We checked out a day early and she refused to refund for the second night. I never leave reviews but this experience was horrible
