Got comfortable beds and decent kitchen and appliances.

The 3 bedroom townhouse we booked could not accomodate us because it lost power a few hours after we moved in. We checked the fuse and it kept going off after repeated attempts to switched them on. We were downgraded to a two bedroom apartment which also suddenly lost power less than five minutes moving in, despite having staff there to check that the card was inserted. We then moved to another apartment which seemed OK but the foldable bed inside the couch broke denying us access to a fourth bed. We were not even offered some refund after checking out and reporting these issues to reception.

The shower drain blocked very quickly.

First room stunk like a cigarette ashtray the staff member on the desk was very helpful and moved us without hesitation. The next room didn’t smell like smoke but smelt like mould and dampness. With a child with asthma this was really stressful. The room was dirty. We also had one of the only rooms with blinds rather than curtains and the blindes didn’t work so we had the street lights coming into the room the whole night which woke my children up multiple times and had them up at 5am to start the day. We wouldn’t stay again. Could be a great hotel but a lot needs to be done. Eliminate the smoking rooms to one block because even as a smoker it was absolutely disgusting to smell.
