God beliggenhet , greit rom - bra frokost

Dårlig mottakelse og service. Jeg tok tok kontakt med hotellet i april og forklarte at jeg er funksjonshemmed med service hund og trengte parkering nær hotellet. Jeg hadde betalt 5450 kr for to netter og fikk et rom med et bittelite vindu rett mot en en vegg med vifte.Ikke mulig å bytte- ikke mulig å få parkering - parkerings kortene var delt ut til andre- tiltross for at jeg hadde varslet i god tid.De insisterte på at jeg hadde bestilt handikapp rom - men det hadde jeg ikke- bruker ikke rullestol men går begrenset med krykker.Ba om rom nær heis- det var rom nærmere heis enn det jeg fikk . Frokostsalen var flere mil unna i ny fløya- hvor de kunne plassert meg. Jeg reiste med venner som fikk et fantastisk rom nært heis og spisesal - som reiste et døgn før meg - de ba om at jeg måtte få overta rommet - men det skjedde ikke. Da jeg kom ba de om betaling til tross for at jeg hadde betalt for 2mnd siden og ville også å kjæledyr tillegg på400 kr tiltross for at jeg hadde Servicehund.Måtte argumentere og vise kort og slapp da å betale.

Sehr modernes Hotel. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Als wir ankamen, hat der Hotelangestellte die 2. Buchung für 14 Personen nicht gefunden. Er sagte, er, könne nichts für uns tun. Erst nachdem wir massiv protestiert hatten , hat er dann noch mal in das Booking.com System geschaut und die Buchung tatsächlich gefunden. Sie war nicht in das Hotelsystem eingespielt. Das Verhalten des Hotelangestellten war nicht professionell. Ansonsten war alles top.
