Motel 6 Chattanooga - Airport

It was pretty quiet. The other people were quite in their rooms. There wasn’t a lot of partying going on.

Really I have stayed at motel 6 everywhere I go on my job on anything that I do and never have I experienced what I experienced at this one

I've had to switch the room twice I gave up on switching the room The second room that we got one of the beds was broken and the first room the window was falling out the locks for the doors with a prayer TV did not work My dad and brothers TV was literally busted and bent they had to move to another room The second room had no blankets just a sheet on the bed

The AC worked but the fan on the AC didn't. The vents were packed choking it out. The TV didn't work. I told the front desk and asked if I could at least get a fan. She said she would send maintenance. Maintenance never did come and I never got any fan. I went to my car and came back and my key didn't work.Had to get the key redone. Two people behind the desk different than before got to hear about the AC and the TV and still nothing. Not even an attempt by anyone to do anything. False advertisement an theft as far as I'm concerned and Booking.com is just as guilty for advertising and renting it and you rented it because you took my money. The next day you were told about it and didn't even acknowledge I'd said anything. You were too busy trying to tell me that the reservation that I had just made earlier at a completely different motel 6 at a different location. A reservation that was confirmed by you and paid for to you would be honored. Then 30 minutes later you tell me they(the hotel) won't honor it. Then you tell me with my permission you'll make a reservation for me elsewhere and that you'll do an investigation. You tell me to stay on the line and I was on hold for over an hour and you never got back to me. You took my money at the click of a button but then I have to wait days to get my money back. Even if I get the money back I was robbed of my time. No compensation. Just lied to and left on hold for an hour.

I don't like how when you have a problem. You first have to tell AI your problem and AI tells you I know how you feel or I understand how you feel. That's the stupidest thing I have ever heard. AI don't feel or understand. AI has to be taught and when the people teaching the AI take your money confirm your reservation then don't honor said agreement. Then lie to you and tell you they are going to make you reservations elsewhere and don't and you have to come out of pocket even more. Booking.com obviously doesn't understand or feel. You can teach what you don't know and I'm not on your payroll. I never agreed to be a training subject to your stupid AI. All thought I have to admit talking to a stupid AI isn't half as aggravating as talking to one camel rider after another that you can't understand half of what they say. I guess it makes it easier to lie that way. Now read it twice. Maybe even three times. You might begin to understand how I feel.

The rooms was very clean, and smelled good upon entering! Beds was nicely made, every thing was in its place! Everything worked even the ice machine! And staff was super helpful and very friendly

The property is abysmal, with bearded-up doors and vagrants hanging around and smoking at the entrances. The room didn't have the advertised television or microwave, which were missing, even though the mounts were present. The shower was dirty, and there were roaches all over the property, on the walls, etc. They demanded a cash deposit for the room, then refused to refund our money when we opted out of staying at this disgusting property.

Dirty sheets and linnens- smelled of smoke..bugs galore roaches …rowdy gusts all night long …hidden cash deposit required… I’ll never go back there ..filth and nasty

I got bit by bed bugs

Everything there was No T.V. at all it was full of bugs and spiders and bed bugs I got bit in my face

Absolutely horrible conditions bed bugs dirty smells and holes in bedding and not safe conditions to stay in. Back door broke drug deals going on in the motel people hanging out in the hall way. Do Not stay in this place needs shut down.

The door was not secure the locks were broken. The bath was slippery and I fell. The staff were very nice and responsive though.
