"It was a good stay - quiet halls and the temperature was comfortable."

Breakfast was good. The hours were good, everything was clean and there was plenty of food available.

We parked in a handicap spot because my spouse is on a walker and very slow moving. Our special room was fine but it was clear at the other end of the hall!

"Good"

2.0

Our bathroom had dirty foot prints, hair in the shower, and no towels. Made me feel uncomfortable to even sleep in the bed worried that the linen was not clean. The phone did not work so I had to go down to the front desk, they did not offer a new room but sent a housekeeper up 45 mins later which made me miss the wedding I drove 5 hours to attend.

"Get better "

The breakfast was bad for this trip the pork bacon was chewy and had a horrible texture. The floors must be thin, we could hear the person upstairs walking around at all times, day and night. This location seems to be in perpetual remodeling, I have been coming to this location for 3 years and it’s been remodeling all that time.

"Exceptional"

Staff was excellent. Breakfast was best we ever encountered. Security needed. Multiple vehicles broken into. Room above us had loud thumping from people walking hard, kids jumping or something else.
