The bedclothes were very dirty, the bath towels were very small, the shower had a weak water supply, everything looked very old, there was a bad smell in the room, and they didn't provide shampoo, only a small bar of soap.

The property may have suites that look like the photos provided, but my room was extremely dingy and in need of refurbishment. The air conditioning unit pulled in air from the smoking area outside, meaning I needed to leave it off for the entirety of my stay. Whilst the room did the job of providing somewhere to sleep and shower for my stay, I would not have wanted to spend longer in the property than absolutely necessary. The lack of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils were a disappointment, and mean that a traveller cannot use the facilities without spending on pans and crockery - something that isn't easy to then take home again when arriving in Austin by air...

The manager on the front desk was really friendly and helpful.

There was a kitchenette but no plates, bowls, mugs, silverware. Only 2 plastic disposal cups. No kettle, toaster or coffee machine. There was a sofa bed but no spare sheets or blankets for it. It seemed the apartment was suited better for long term accommodation where you would probably have all your households. We were in Austin for the weekend only.

Fairly quiet

I did not like that you had to pay for extra towels if you needed them. There was no hair dryer, no extra toilet paper and the floors were dirty. The bottom of my feet were black.

Toilets broke several times, holes in walls, lots of free loaders camping outside, smelt bad unsanitary

Staff, quiet 99 percent of the time, secluded location, the grounds were kept clean, the maintenance man was wonderful and the manager was extremely helpful and kind.
