The lady at desk refused my check in after she asked me the same question several times all with the same answer. Bc I became a a little irritated with being asked the same thing over and over she refused to check me in even after I was already fully paid. I had to contact booking for a refund and contact police. She refused to answer the phone for me, my wife and the police until they started banging on the window.

I was not supposed to be charged upon arrival they still charged me it was a hole in my bathroom door the front desk lady was racist and unwelcoming for me to stay I feel like she gave me the worst room intentionally also the towels looked used and the toilet had pee in it once I got in the room I had to flush the toilet

No hair dryer and just very plain
