"Very good"

Generally, a clean property. Location is not the best, but three is a private shuttle to the mountain and it runs well. Some of the staff were really nice and helpful, but others were not so much.

Especially awful service at the bar and particularly bad bartender. I cannot recall another place where a bartender service was as poor as there. I sat at the bar stool waiting for service for about 15 minutes. Others also sat and waited and some just left after not being served for a while. But, surprisingly, there were some patrons that had drinks. Having been disregarded by the bartender, I had to go and wait in line (yes, there was also a line for restaurant customers who wanted to get a drink - not sure why waiters couldn’t get their drinks), and after additional 5-7 minutes I was finally able to get a beer. The bartender also wanted a tip for service like that.

"At least shuttle was good…would not go there again"

6.0

Over priced for $300 a night. Shuttle service was good. Booked for convenience of bar /restaurant on the premises and shuttle to skiing. Returned from skiing and wanted dessert. My son and his girlfriend raved about the skillet brownies . The bar/ restaurant posted closing time was 10 but they closed at 9 with no explanation. Sign literally by door. Saw the bartender he made a joke when I asked why he closed an hour early. Told me there’s a 7-11 down the road that’s open. I had ski ticket questions about using machine in their lobby. Front desk girls had no idea, told us we had to take shuttle to customer service. We were on 2nd floor, tried to get drinks from vending machines, all were out of service on 2nd floor and lobby level. I said something to front desk a she said she had no idea but try downstairs. We had to walk multiple flights of stairs from room to basement. Elevator not in our area.

"Pack snacks"

The shuttles made traveling between the lodge and ski slope very easy and convenient

Everything in the village is very expensive as you'd expect from a Ski Resort. From the water from vending machines to food in the restaurants, expect upcharges everywhere. The happy bar specials at Mulligans are good value though.
