You are basically living in a construction site - we could not even enter the apartment building though the main door. Very loud (road works) from 7 am onward - making the balcony a useless feature. They turned off the water for half a day, we did not get any appropriate warning - the sign to inform the tenants was pitched on the main entrance door (the one we were instructed not to use, and hence, we did not see the information) and the email came in the middle of the night. No apologies, no discount. Very disappointed from Davos and how guests are treated outside the winter or "posh" season for the world economic forum...

Comfortable, clean, well-equipped apartment with mountain views... BUUUT......

Please read the note at the bottom of the description carefully: "construction work is going on nearby from April 2026 until the start of the 2026/2027". It's a shame that the construction work IS NOT NEARBY BUT JUST OUTSIDE YOUR BALCONY, ten meters from the window. Starting at 6:30 AM, the unbearable noise of bulldozers ruined our sleep. The hotel hasn't offered any form of refund despite complaints. I recommend holding off on booking until the scheduled completion of the work.
