In April 2026, construction work will begin in the area surrounding our Solaria vacation resort, which will last until the start of the 2026/27 winter season, and extensive road renovations will continue until around the end of juli 2026.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Wirklich schönes, großzügiges Appartement mit tollem Duschbad und Balkon. Die Lage ist gut: man kann direkt auf die Loipe, es gibt Busse zum Jakobshorn und nach Parsenn, zur Not kann man aber auch zur Parsennbahn laufen.

Wenn man sich selbst versorgt ist die Küchenausstattung bisschen knapp, kein Wasserkocher/Mikrowelle.

Great service and solution. I stayed mainly for skiing and watching the Spengler Cup of hockey. The studio was very compact and had everything we needed. From a small kitchen where we could have breakfast to a ski room where we could leave ski (and hockey) equipment, as well as parking (upon request). Also the location of the apartments was a 10-15 non walk from the lifts for Parsenn, one of the two main ski areas of Davos, and there was a shuttle every morning to Jakobshorn, the other main ski area. All in all a great place where to stay in Davos.

The beds and pillows could have probably been a bit more comfortable.

Very clean, modern, somewhat close to the ski lifts. The facilities for storing ski equipment is great, and they let us keep our luggage there too!

You can walk to the lifts but they are still a good 15 minute walk away. (I would still book with them again :))

"Gut und preislich angemessen!"

Die Zimmer scheinen neu renoviert und schön, dich die Matratzen und Betten quicken bei jeder Bewegung. Das Gebäude ist aus den 50er/60er Jahre aber gut isoliert und sauber. Aber mit einer kleinen Kochnische hat man alles was man braucht.

Ja beim Badezimmer hat einer mal nicht viel studiert, die Dusche ist so angebracht das man an der Wand kleben muss damit das Badezimmer nicht vollständig unter Wasser steht weil es in alle Richtungen spritzt.
