Lady who greeted us was very accommodating

Access to food in the area was difficult

The breakfast was good and had a lot of options. Staff that served was very good and kept the tables clean and food well supplied. The area was busy but everything was good!

I didn’t like the mix up with room reservations and the double fees that they charged. The hotel supervisor called me many times trying to fix the problem. It was very disappointing that a simple three night stay turned into a complicated problem. Numerous calls from hotel supervisors and others. In the end it all worked out.

Everything was good

The room had everything we needed, and everything worked! That had not been our experience at other places we have recently stayed. The breakfast was delicious!

There was some traffic noise, but not enough to keep us awake.

Heater in our room didn’t work. Vernice was great. She tried to fix and finally moved us to a room with heat
