nothing at all

hallways smelled like a kitty literally box. room smelled like mister clean agent. carpets was gross, walls were stained, mold on ceiling & walls. tub was painted over and chipping. Shower curtain couldn't stop water to go all over the floor. overall negative 20. lots of homeless hanging around parking lot. women of the night work in hotel. check out the next morning. Get what you pay for!!

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I ignored the reviews beforehand — and I truly regret it. Yes, I understand the hotel is old, and that’s okay — but the real problem is that it’s very dirty, broken down, and smells bad. It’s not about everything being brand new, but there should at least be basic cleanliness and upkeep. The carpet was stained and had a strong odor, the furniture was broken and torn, and the walls were painted in awful, clashing colors. Neutral tones would have made the space feel much more pleasant. The carpet, in particular, should be replaced with laminate flooring. Carpets don’t get cleaned properly between guests — they’re just vacuumed — and that leaves behind stains, odors, and an overall sense of uncleanliness. As for the breakfast, it was extremely disappointing. Please don’t be misled by the promise of a “free breakfast” — it’s just waffles, coffee, some bread, and eggs that are usually gone before most guests arrive. One morning, we arrived an hour before breakfast ended, and there were already no eggs left. It felt more like a trick than an actual amenity. Now, the good parts: I want to thank the staff, who were very kind and helpful. When we asked to change our room due to cleanliness issues, they accommodated us and moved us to a cleaner room — though still within the same old, worn-down conditions. Housekeeping did a good job of changing towels and emptying trash daily, which I appreciated. Also, the towels were new, white, and clean, which is a big plus. Lastly, this property is supposed to be part of the Radisson family (just a more affordable version), but honestly, it damages the Radisson name and reputation.

It was absolutely horrendous. Our room smelled like MOLD. The carpets and beds felt DAMP. Black stuff scattered on the walls. Our soap was open in the bathroom before we even walked in. The mini fridge stunk and we don’t even think it was plugged in.

No fitness room - breakfast was little to none and when available it was cold, cool at best

Lobby

The room was horrendous! The beds sucked. The exterior has not been taken care of in a couple of years. It’s a shame the property doesn’t match the lobby.

This property is very rundown. Big holes in blackout curtains, broken faucets, running faucets, broken tiles, etc. Breakfast was always out of food and coffee. Very poorly managed. There 5 days, bedding never changed. Advised of running faucet on first day, never fixed. Would never recommend to anyone without complete overhaul.

Price and location

This place is in terrible repair. The whole place smells old and dusty and moldy. Paint is chipping and bath towels etc don’t match. Furniture looks like early depression. Awful.
