Decent place. No breakfast but they did have free coffee in the morning

Comfortable room. No breakfast.

Carpet was very dirty and general condition of the property was fair at best. Passed on the free breakfast. Figured if the food prep was like the rest of the property, not a good time for a free bet!!

Very good rate through third-party site. Fantastic Indian food truck just north. LOTS of truck noise. Pleasant stay and good-sized room.

I was a lil worried traveling with 2 kids, and staying at Biggs Junction, but I do think it was one of the nicer and safer hotels we could have stayed at. Would totally recommend... would have been more comfortable if my husband was with us, but that was more so general use/location and not the hotel itself.

The property is old but the rooms have been updated with good AC, micro, refrigerator, TV’s in both living room and bedroom. Updated bathroom. And, overall everything was very clean. Staff was kind, accommodating and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

We arrived during a power outage in the entire Biggs Junction area. Regardless, the owner unlocked the door of our room (no power = no keys could be made) The power came back on in a few hours and we spent a very comfortable night. Three Rivers Inn is family owned and operated and a gray place to stay in that area. Even though there are a few truck stop type gas stations near, it’s quiet and calm. The owners are welcoming and the place is one of the cleanest motels I’ve stayed in. It’s my go-to stay while on my way to southern Oregon

Lovely place to stay. The beds were super comfortable, the towels were super soft. For the price it was definitely a top place to stay for us. Will definitely use for future stays.
