Enorme perte de temps avec le check in et check out avec ce robot/borne automatique, une honte totale. Ca ne marche pas, il a fallu faire une vision avec un responsable qui était je ne sais où.. Plus jamais dans cette chaine qui prend ses clients pour des idiots avec ce type d'équipements. Une honte.

Bed was comfy. Clean rooms! AC was great! Quiet hallways.

Wished breakfast had more hot items like scrambled eggs and sausage. Did not like the kiosk check in. I like having a real person to interact with.
