Clean, quiet and great location

Didn't like extra $15.70 tacked on, nor did I like payment was $84.29 but was charged $84.30.

This hotel is clean, and we'll run. I feel safe when I stay there. It is the perfect location to the college. It is my go to always

It was odd walking in. And not seeing a person behind the desk. But instructions were easy and the “kiosk man “ was very friendly and quick to assist. The 2 night stay was excellent. The breakfast was substantial. But the southern charm employees were the best!! The ladies at the breakfast station were awesome. The lady we had today. May 3rd was the absolute best!! I’m sorry I can’t remember her name. But she was most helpful. Sadly some of the cleaning ladies didn’t speak English. But were determined to assist and answer our requests. My son had surgery at the outpatient surgery center in fort myers. But he lives 4 hours away in Ocala. This is the reason we came to stay at this hotel. Sadly on the 3rd day he was unable to travel back. But the hotel was booked. We were disappointed ☹️ but not at the hotel staff. They tried to make accommodations. But there were no cancellations and the hotel was full. Sadly we had to pack everything up and find a new hotel. We did. But it was a bad experience. I will be sure to book this hotel when we have to return in 2 weeks for a post op check.

Don’t like that there is no one at the desk

Location and cleanliness

Air conditioner and dehumidifier were VERY loud so I could not sleep well. Toilet did not flush. Check in and out with a kiosk was impersonal and we could not understand t and a word he said in the morning. It would not let us check out early and airport people likely have to leave early.
