Je ne peux parler que de l’accueil et de la réaction de la responsable de l’hôtel. En effet, suite à une mauvaise indication sur le site Booking, je me suis présenté avec mon chien à la réceptionniste. Je veux bien admettre que l’erreur était de mon fait mais je trouve inadmissible d’être renvoyé sous une pluie battante dans les rues de Barcelonette à la recherche d’un hôtel pouvant me recevoir. Quant au conseil donné par la responsable des lieux de laisser mon chien en pension pour pouvoir être hébergé… je préfère ne rien en dire….

Perfect location, courteous and helpful staff, nice facilities, wonderful view (from the second floor!)

Keep in mind this is a 3star hotel, so don't expect super luxury, but the facilities and service are great
