Amazing stay! So fun for the kids with pool so close to the room :) very friendly staff:)

Nice welcome entry that looks directly out at the pool. Pool areas were amazing. Pool towels were always filled and available. Bar/restaurant had decent food and if offered a nice place to sit. 2-bedroom unit was spacious for 6 people. You could spend a few days here without going anywhere, but it’s a good location, close to outlets and all San Diego has to offer.

Nothing to dislike, but it was a bummer our elevator was broken. Lugging luggage up with a bad back was difficult. Also, hot tub in the family pool area could be way hotter. It felt more like a bath than a hot tub.

We loved this resort! We chose it because we did LegoLand for my sons third birthday and it was a blast, the resort is a very short walk to the theme park, they had 2 pools, a hot tub, basketball court, arcade, and so much more!! The staff was super nice and accommodating, we asked for an early check in about a week before our stay, they told us they couldn’t promise anything but that whenever we arrived they would give us a key card to do whatever we wanted in the hotel! And it didn’t matter anyways because we arrived around 2:45pm and our room was ready! The elevator in the villa we were staying in was out of order, which was a pain since we were on the top floor and staying 5 nights so we had quite a bit of luggage but they did wave our resort fee due to the inconvenience so that was very nice. The only thing I would say would be my complaint is only having one smoking section, and it being completely on the other side of the resort from where we were staying, but other than that we had an amazing time and would definitely book again!

We had a PAID reservation at this hotel and management refused to honor it or give us a room. Said they never had a reservation even though it was booked for months and had proper email evidence. Called us liars, kicked my family out in the cold and kept the money!! Don’t stay here

Took my family for a week vacation there and we had a wonderful time between the pool and splash pad for the kids. It was a 10 out of 10 experience.

This is my third or fourth time staying at this resort my family and I have always significantly enjoyed our stay here. Property is beautiful to say the least. However, on this particular stay, we were on a ground floor level room unfortunately during our stay, we have limited use of our patio due to the fact that every time we were out there, there was cockroaches and spiders one night My Man counted over 15 cockroaches on our patio. I cannot stay on cockroaches, and these things spread like wildfire. Needless to say on the second day of our trip when I went to get in the shower, there was a cockroach in the shower meaning that they are inside when I called the front desk letting them know I requested a new room because I do not want cockroaches coming home in my bags or anything like that. Unfortunately they didn’t have any rooms available because they were at full capacity she offered to send out maintenance to take a look at the infestation. I let her know I’m not comfortable with them spraying while we are on the site. Aside from that no additional help was offered not even a discount off of our stay so I ended up paying over $1400 for three nights to stay in a cockroach infested property.
