The room was perfect

I stayed at Brawley Inn in a very vulnerable situation with my children and was trying to extend my stay and pay for my room properly. Instead of working with me, staff told me to vacate the property and then refused to rent to me again even though I was actively trying to pay. On top of that, they kept $20 of my deposit and only returned $80.79 due to paying late. That alone raises serious concerns about how they handle guest payments and deposits. The way I was treated was cold, dismissive, and honestly degrading. I explained my situation, and instead of any professionalism or basic human decency, I was made to feel like I didn’t matter. Beyond that: Staff did not handle concerns appropriately I also want to note that management is aware. The manager, Abraham, is associated with this location yet nothing was done to resolve the situation in a fair or respectful way. If you are considering staying here, be aware: You may not be treated fairly even if you are paying. Your money may not be handled transparently Your safety and comfort was an experience where I felt taken advantage of and put out with no support. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially if you are in a difficult situation and need understanding or basic respect.

Everything was nice. Love that the room is always clean and smells good. Always good parking and I feel safe and secure while staying here.

Better breakfast options. For the last few weeks it's always egg and chorizo breakfast burrito. Maybe change it up. Have more food selections.

It basically met my expectations; My child really enjoyed the breakfast here. The hotel's location is quite good, making it convenient to get around. The room was also very tidy, and the refrigerator had enough space to hold the fruits and snacks we brought along.

It’s a bit of a shame—there was only one towel in the room. Since there are two Queen-size beds, shouldn't there be at least two?

The location was perfect for my needs. I visit the prison so it was convenient to go back and forth. There is a restaurant right there which was great

People drinking alcohol at the pool. Asked for toilet paper and never got it. I had to go to the office to get some and they were super nice. Lots of boots outside rooms, like people were living there. Lots of people were milling around outside, smoking and drinking. The room was ok, the baseboards need to be updated, the shower water pressure sucked. The ceiling fan was shaking so bad I was scared to use out of fear that it would fall down.
