"Great room but staff need education and help on the rules of staying."

Great location and nice price.

Staff in reception where average to say the least. Would not provide a tax invoice on departure even though i booked through booking.com and they are supposed to provide a tax invoice.

We liked the size of the rooms. The beds were comfortable. The view and location was good. The hotel was quiet and you couldn’t hear the neighbors. Reception was fine and friendly.

We didn’t like the fact that the kitchen in our suite had no crockery, cutlery, cups etc. we had taken food with us but had no means to eat it. Went to reception to see if they had any bowls or spoons for our breakfast. They had nothing to offer us. The room looked very tired in need of some TLC. Maintenance was definitely needed in the room and bathroom.
