It’s a block from the beach.

I’ve stayed here before and know it’s a typical beach hotel… nothing fancy. This time there were several things wrong… couldn’t find the hot water and then it wouldn’t shut off. There was a ceiling fan not secured to the ceiling. The vanity light had been changed but the wall wasn’t repaired or painted. It was somewhat clean in the bathroom, and linens were clean, but it hadn’t been vacuumed… strings and lint were visible. They did refund and my res. Was cancelled. They were nice about it.

room facing the ocean it was beutiful the staff was very friendly and helpful very accommadating I will definitely return again when vacationing in cocoa beach
