A really warm welcome from lovely staff. My room was ready on arrival for early check in at 12. I had a room at the back of the hotel which was lovely and quiet, surprisingly so for the location, even with the window open slightly. The bed was firm and comfortable and there was a choice of soft and firm pillows. The room was well equipped with the usual facilities and a was spotlessly clean. I had fresh towels and the room was serviced on the second day. The location of the hotel was perfect. Close enough to all the shops, bars and restaurants and within easy walking distance of the bus, tram and train stations. The atmosphere in the hotel was relaxed and had a really nice cosmopolitan vibe. Great value for money, I will definitely use this hotel again.

A small fridge in the room would be good to keep drinks cool.
