Staff were nice. Bed was comfortable

TV didn't work. The phone for the shuttle at Federal circle doesn't work. Staff gave me a time for the morning shuttle then told me I was too late when I showed up well on time so I had to get an Uber.

"It was appropiatte for a night to catch another flight"

The 24 hours shuttle is a big plus. It was on time we traveled twice to go and return to the airport, fast and efficient. Comfortable beds

Close to the airport and free shuttle

There was an apple in our trash can that wasn’t ours. The stairwell smelled bad, elevator was loud like something was wrong.

We are supposedly taking an uber to Manhattan, when i asked the lady at the front desk, she said she could help us get a ride for much cheaper 80usd to be precise. When we are halfway the ride the driver said its 340usd!!!! Driver said if we wont pay he will drop us off right where he said we need to pay half way the highway!
