Stay in this place for second time. The location is good for me while it is a bit far away from city center. In this location you can find the place with a lot of restaurants, which is called Wu Ke Song.

15 mins by walk to the closest metro station.

Hotel was fine but restaurant was poor for evening food. We came back late and decided to eat in the “A la carte” restaurant. They could not identify what food was on the front cover of the menu to serve when I asked🙈 We eventually ordered a Chicken club sandwich. We were told it would take 25 mins to arrive! The restaurant was empty. It came and was cold with a tiny amount of ingredients on the sandwich🤷🏻‍♂️ We then sat and waited for over 20 mins expecting the 8 staff on duty to come and ask us for our sweet order but no! No one came. They were all too busy on their mobile phones. Poor, poor, poor!

A bit far away from attractions

Location, Cleanliness, cab arrangements, hospitality and clearing the guests concern is really great. Staff were very supportive and helping in nature. A staff at the front desk even made a call to the store (in chinese) for the product that wish to buy and resolved it. Many a times, when cabs or didi travel mess up, hotel staff reserved cabs for us.

Most of the supporting staff doesnt understand English. Thats really a barrier for those who dont know chinese. None of us know Chinese. Translators will help to certain extent. Except this language misunderstandings everything was great.
