"Came in with family no animals and went into a room that stunk like wet dog and cat urine"

I stayed at Best Western when I walked into the room it smelled like such bad animal urine the facilitator at the front desk wanted to give us the room closest to the pool on the second floor which was fine the food was great and the pool and hot tub met my expectations

Good location

Came down to use the pool and apparently an employee was having a party. They were also giving the front desk agent a hard time. The phone system didn't work properly. The faucet in the tub was leaking VERY badly
