Multiple roaches. I know its Florida and next to the water, but definitely more than anywhere else I've stayed. Other than that, I love the place.
The property was very clean. The tiki bar is live, very busy and loud. I will return. The room was spacious. Pool is very nice. Great location. Nice vacation.
Given ground floor when requested. Mostly visited Sanibel Island.

Our stay was wonderful! Our rooms were new and large. Check in was quick and easy and we were even able to check in early. The pool was clean and fun. The Tiki Bar was a good time. The hotel is in a perfect location- so walkable to the beach and the restaurants and bars nearby. Plus free parking, right by your room! Great stay, definitely recommend.

My stay was excellent. The room was super clean and had everything I needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location - was very close to the beach.
When there was a heavy rain storm the window leaked water in both the front bedroom and the living room. Also, the bathroom window was very loose, but luckily we were on the second floor, which did not make us extremely concerned.
