All goods, very well

I would of liked hard boiled eggs, otherwise it was okay

I feel the carpet should be replaced throughout the entire hotel. The bathroom had no towel bar in the bathroom.

The location was close to family and friends

What I didn’t like where would you like to start when we arrived per there online information you could pay at the property the deposit which was 100 dollars when we arrive I was going to pay the deposit and the rep said if you are doing cash deposit it will be 300 dollars then they have a list of cards they don’t accept posted I then proceeded to ask to speak to a manger no one was on site so the rep gave me the escalation line number because there was no manger on site at 3:45pm which she called the acting manger who told her that we could call booking.com and ask for a refund and go somewhere else luckily I had my Wells Fargo card which we end up using we was very upset so we went out are bags in the room and left for dinner. On arrival back to the room I pulled the bed down so we can go to sleep and found the sheets to be dirty as well as pillow I called down to the front desk for them to say that I could come down to the front desk to get a sheet and I asked who was going to change it she then said she would be up to change which took 35 min for her to hand to my husband for him to change, never was asked do we want to change rooms etc which they had plenty. We end up sleeping in the chair. We wake up the next morning to go to breakfast as they call it to be greeted with uncooked sausage and folded eggs which at that point me and my husband left upset and went to crazy otts for breakfast where we spent 70.00 on great food and exceptional service. I would not will never go back to this nasty, disgusting unprofessional attitude disrespectful place ever I will sleep in my car before I give this place a dime of my money

The smell of the hotel.

I always stay here to take the shuttle to LAX the next day. I like it is confortable for one night.

This time everything was fine.

Easy access to the highway

Room was near employee service room, it was loud with the door closed could still hear everything. The noise set off my service animal and caused him to bark constantly so we had to spend most of the day out of the facility. The one day we stayed in because of the weather was horribly loud from guests and staff
