Holiday Inn Express & Suites Santa Clara by IHG

This hotel is very nice, I’ve stayed before however they were under construction and that was not noted when booking a room. The construction wasn’t too loud however, they had most of the construction vehicles parked in the parking lot making it where there was not enough room to park for guests. I also was booked in the handicap room and did not need to be.

The hotel has the thinnest walls I’ve experienced at a hotel and I’ve stayed at many. You can hear every foot step, door shutting and people talking outside your room. It’s fairly clean but had a sour smell coming from the bath room. Breakfast was typical for continental and it’s close to Levi’s Stadium which is why we selected it.

We were promised on the phone that the hotel will provide a roll away bed for free but they charged. There was no safe Printer was out of order IHG membership was not considered for discount.

Staff was very helpful, rooms clean, comfortable bed! Lobby was being remodeled!

Only issue I had was a slow draining bath tub while taking a shower. There was no maintenance personnel during the weekend to fix the issue.
