We stayed one night on our way back from Florida. Needed a place to stope for the night. We picked the Quality Inn and so glad we did. Room was great, clean, staff was friendly. Price of the room was awesome. Definitely stay there again.

"Square Pillows for a King Bed"

Pillows were stuffed weird (square). Very uncomfortable. Later learned these were standard pillows crammed into the pillowcase to make them square. Very strange!

Check-in was fast and friendly. The room was very comfortable and in good condition. The bed and pillows were very good., providing a good night's sleep. The room heating/cooling unit was very quiet and kept the room at a constant temperature. The hot breakfast, coffee, muffins and juice was good to get us on the road again. We will stay here again.

This is our 2nd stay here this year, on our way to Gatlinburg Tennessee. The gentleman at the front desk is welcoming and friendly. Our King bed room is very clean and updated. Location is fantastic. Five minutes from Buc-ees, and just steps away from several restaurants and a bowling alley for your enjoyment. There's also a Mall and several big chain stores across the street. Don't hesitate to stay here, and don't confuse this nice place with the other "Inn" that gets the bad reviews.

I had the best experience at the Quality Inn Richmond. We checked in late, but the staff were so welcoming and friendly. I didn't catch the woman's name that checked us in, but she was very friendly, and helped even when there was a misunderstanding about a pet fee. It made the long trip less stressful at the end. The room was clean, and had all the amenities that we needed for our short two day stay. The hotel staff was friendly and answered every question we had. The breakfast was great, and just enough to get you going on your way in the morning. This trip was smooth and pleasant and I will be staying here again if coming through Richmond! Thanks for the great time.
