Asked if room was available for check in early. Employee didn't even look, just said "NO, not till 3". No ice on 1st floor. Paid for buffet breakfast. No plates available. Employee standing around visiting. Had to go ask for plates,

"Central location to what I needed but would not stay again"

Location was nice facilities look nice from outside

Sheets smelled like they were not washed in a while or in dirty water, room smelled when getting in. Had only one cleaning person and couldn’t check in early because of no rooms were cleaned yet. The breakfast location was no convenient you have to pay for a person to serve you coffee. Need to fix these things
