Courtyard Minneapolis St. Paul/Roseville

Good breakfast.

After a long and tiring flight we arrived at the hotel around 11pm, it was pouring out. Hotel door was locked and nobody around to open it, I called multiple times, no answer, buzzed the doorbell multiple times, nothing. It took about 15 minutes for a hotel staff show up, it is completely unacceptable. Next time definitely going somewhere else.

Per usual Expedia failed again! I booked a handicap room with a king bed and a sofa pull out coach. My parents were coming up and I had no idea if they may need to stay the night. My dad just had hip surgery and pins placed, hence the need for the handicap room. The sofa bed was in case it became too late or they were too tired to drive home since he is not released to drive. First, the hotel staff were confusing and rude to my mom who I added to reservation so she could check in because I wouldn’t get there until 8 or 9 pm. 2nd there is NO SOFA pull out couch. NONE! Expedia always has something wrong with their descriptions and frankly I’m over it!

i have a few concerns for this place, i have ANTS in my room i tell the fount but they dont clean or help. this is rude and im good. but no.........................................................................................................

Natasha was very kind. It's upsetting that if you book through expedia, they act as if you've done something wrong and refuse to upgrade or work with you. Lessons learned. I feel the rate for this room for a Sunday night was pretty expansive for what we received. Hot tub was a joke, again repairs need to be made
