"No AC, no cold water, no fan in the bathroom, door looked very bad like it was kicked in."

The staff when we checked in were nice, the microwave in the room was very efficient, the beds were comfy.
The AC didn’t work. When we got there the room was extremely hot. The AC unit was hanging open and couldn’t be shut, it froze over the next day and made awful noises like it was going to break. There was a big chunk missing from the front of the door like the door had been kicked in.The smoke detector was wrapped in plastic so not sure how it was suppose to detect anything. Shower curtain was dirty and there were spiders in the corner. No cold water, the temp is Luke warm and that’s it.

Basic accommodations. Older building, but well maintained. No gluten free options (cereal, packaged pastries, waffles). They request that food not be taken out of the dining area. Would stay here again without hesitation.
