This place was amazing. They have great customer service bedding was fresh towels was fresh and they have an amazing manager named Jennifer who accommodated my every need I would highly recommend this place for people that’s coming with friends or family

The staff is very friendly..The bed is fairly comfortable.

We were initially offered room 312. However, we had already stayed in this room 2x before. The window is broken. We had mentioned to the staff 2x before, as well. The staff had already mentioned that this room should not be rented. We asked for another room. This room was just ok. The garbage disposal had not been run from the previous guest. The conditioner in the bathroom was empty. There was a big hole in the sink. The window would not shut property. The breakfast is very tired and not a lot of choices. Unfortunately, we don't not have a lot of choice, but, I don't think we will stay again.

The convenience of the hotel to our family was great. The bed is fairly comfortable. The staff is very nice and very accommodating.

We were offered a room (312) that we had stayed in before. However, the glass is broken in one of the windows and the other window would not shut all the way. Ww actually told thevstaff about the window, twice before. The staff indicated that this window is scheduled to be replaced and the room should not be given to a guest. But, hence, we were offered it again. We asked for a room change. In the new room, the garbage disposal had not been run from the last guest and it smelled. The conditioner in the bathroom was empty and the drain in the kitchen sink was broken. The window had to be slammed shut as it would not close properly. The weather was very cold. The breakfast needs some more choices. Was tired of the same thing day after day. The hotel is tired and needs some updating. We are unsure if we will stay in this hotel again. However, we don't have a lot of choice.

It is convenient and close to major roads. The building setup is nice.

The kitchen had everything we needed, and was a decent size. The staff was super nice, the breakfast was great with lots of choices.

Pillows looked great but flattened had no stability.
