Campanile Hotel - Birmingham

A refurbished hotel that felt clean and refreshed.

Easy check in process. Staff were friendly but could have been a bit more chattier. We were in an end room but it felt like we were next to a boiler room so there was a bit of noise through the night. Room has large mirrors but no plug next to them. Room was clean and spacious. Hotel is situated ideally for a walk into the city centre.

Nice hotel fit for purpose.

Friendly, helpful staff.

Hotel was very noisey. Room across from me was running up and down the corridor shouting at all hours and banging on the door. No consideration for other guests, the lift was broken and carrying luggage to the top floor was not ideal. Even more so as we were not made aware prior to check in, which would have been nice. Thinking about people with disabilites here who couldnt get up the stairs at all. I wouldnt be staying here again.

The stay was nice and comfortable , rooms and bathrooms were clean , I didnt get to explore facilities or the restaurant much however the team was kind and accomodating.

Everything was clean and great however the lift was out of service and this was not mentioned to us prior to booking.
