The staff were very friendly and it is good location 10 minutes to shopping center. The hotel has late checkout and nice breakfast bar. However, When I arrived at the airport I couldn’t find the shuttle to the hotel and was told by other shuttle drivers to call the hotel reception. I tried to call multiple times but nobody answered. I got onto one of the holiday inn express shuttle , the driver told me that this shuttle doesn’t go to this holiday inn express location but he can drop me.

"A Good Hotel to Stay in :)"

Really nice and cozy; an amazing experience!!! The furniture is so aesthetic and the breakfast area is nicely decorated. The food is so so but there are plenty of restaurants in this area. I was here to watch the pickleball Veolia PPA tour and it’s quite close, only 15 mins away. This place is also more affordable than other hotels. Stay here if you plan on exploring the beautiful cities of Cary or Raleigh Durham.
